Verification for third parties (such as employers, agencies and embassies)
Third party enquirers such as employers, agencies and embassies must verify attendance and awards from the University of Bath through our partner, Prospects Hedd.
To request a verification, you will need to register with Prospects Hedd.
There is a small charge for each enquiry, and you must provide the written consent of the individual whose information you wish to verify. To prevent delays, please make sure that you enter the candidate’s details as they appear on their degree certificate.
Third parties will need to provide:
- the individual's name
- the individual's date of birth
- the individual's course
- the individual's qualification
- the individual's year of graduation (if applicable)
- the individual's degree result (if applicable)
- to request dates of attendance (if applicable)
Academic Registry is responsible for the verification of all awards, and all enquiries will be checked and completed by Academic Registry at the University of Bath.
If you require further assistance, please email heddhelp@prospects.ac.uk.
